Money Exchange
Exchange facilities are available at 08:00Am of passenger terminal.
The local currency is Iraqi Dinar. US Dollar is also widely used.

Please be aware that there is currently no ATM machines or credit card facilities. Cash is only method of payment. Ensure you take enough with you in Dollars or Dinars for all your expenses including the hotel bill.

Mobile phones
Korek and Asiacell, the Kurdistan Region’s largest mobile phone service operators, have roaming agreements with foreign operators, including European, US and UK companies. If you wish to use your mobile locally, please check with your mobile service operator whether it has a roaming agreement with Korek or Asiacell. 
Roaming agreements can also be checked on the GSM Association website’s Iraqi roaming partners section, www.gsmworld.com. 

Rather than using your home mobile SIM card, it may be cheaper to hire or buy a local SIM card which can be purchased at Telephone booth in passenger terminal.

3G mobile phone can generally be working without extra measure.
